TOTAL CARE FOUNDATION Family and Community
Healing Wellness Written July 1995. Last Updated Aug, 2014. Total Care Foundation was formed in 1968 in Sydney Australia
to support self-help groups that had been formed by ex-residents of Fraser
House. The Foundation supports folk coming together to arrange community
festivals, gatherings, celebrations and events supporting the evolving of
